Transferable Warranty

You may not want to leave your sunroom behind, but if you do, your limited lifetime sunroom warranty can be transferred to the next homeowner adding even more value to your home.

WARRANTY & SERVICE - LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

This LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY is given by Red Oak Sunrooms, 109 Oak Street, Red Oak, IA  51566.

This LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY is issued to the Homeowner of the premises on which the Red Oak Sunroom was originally installed.  This warranty is transferable to one subsequent Homeowner.  A transfer fee of $75 accompanied with a copy of the original warranty, along with the new owners name needs to be sent to Red Oak Sunrooms within 30 days from the sale of the home.

Insulated Laminated Panels	Free from blistering, chipping, cracking, crazing, peeling or  de-lamination	Ten (10) years from the date of sale
Insulated Glass Units	Free from permanent material obstruction of vision resulting from film formation or moisture collection between or on the facing glass surfaces of the unit	Lifetime – After twenty (20) years Red Oak Sunrooms will charge fifty percent (50%)  of the company’s selling price for insulated glass, F.O.B. factory.
View-Safe Tempered Safety Glass	Free from breakage	Lifetime – After twenty (20) years Red Oak Sunrooms will charge fifty percent (50%) of the price for tempered safety glass, F.O.B. factory.
Fiberglass	Screening free from rotting, staining or rusting of the fiberglass. Noncombustible screen cloth.	Twenty (20) years from the date of installation.
Hardware (Parts of equal value will be applicable)	All parts to be free from defects material and workmanship and tarnish free excluding brass or brass-plated hardware	Twenty  (20) years from the date of installation.
Vinyl Window Frames	Free from chipping, cracking, peeling and blistering	Lifetime
